Our counselling service at Integrated Therapy is a space in which you are guaranteed confidentiality and expert advice from a professional counsellor. It aims to prevent and solve problems related to your daily life, studies, career, relationships, life changes, decision-making and any area where you need help and support.
During counselling sessions, I strive to enhance your personal skills in the search for a solution to a specific concern or problem, supporting you until you achieve your goals. I focus on active listening and the development of strategies in the face of difficult situations without having to suffer negative consequences on your psychological well-being.
One of the most powerful ways you can help another human being is to be present and “really” hear them. This is what counselling offers and some real world guidance to source your own solutions to what can seem like insurmountable problems, safely and effectively.
If you’re in a relationship the path is rarely always smooth and a counselling session can help you solo or as a couple resolve issue and get back on track or end the relationship well.
Grief & Bereavement Counselling
Losing someone or something you love can have a major impact on many areas of your life & counselling can help come to terms with the loss.
Talking As A Professional Service
Being really heard can help you overcome many issues and professional counselling is a leading talking therapy putting you first.
What Is Counselling?
Counselling is a way through where I can offer help to people who may or may not be going through a difficult time in their lives and who need help to deal with specific, daily, and very diverse problems. It is our way of offering an open way of addressing people’s problems by proposing practical solutions that can be applied immediately and in the long run.
But counselling is not just about giving sound advice, it’s about offering you a new perspective in life so that you can better deal with the situations that you’re facing. With the help of someone who is not biased and has years of professional experience, you’ll be sure to find a positive way out of life’s difficult situations.
